Sales and Operations Assistant

When you join our clients fresh produce marketing and supply chain management business you’ll become part of their tight-knit team, passionate about supplying the highest quality produce to Australian consumers. The major focus of this role is to support the team in developing and executing company plans to meet business objectives and shareholder return targets.
Major responsibilities include:
- Data entry and Database management;
- Assisting the team with supply, production, sales, financial, and operational reporting;
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including growers, clients, third party suppliers;
- Effectively handle queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Filling in for other roles as required during the peak season;
- Ensuring all operations are conducted safely.
We would like to hear from you if you:
- Have Business related Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years relevant business experience;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills;
- Strong administration and support abilities;
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop applications.
