Project and Administration Support Officer

We are looking for a highly organised professional to join our client’s organisation as a Project and Administration Support Officer. This organisation plays a crucial role in representing, engaging, and advocating for the industry, while also supporting its growth and development through various initiatives

The main objective of this role is to provide administrative support, focussed primarily on industry development and communication activity. The role is pivotal in ensuring effective creation, management and dissemination of information to internal and external industry stakeholders. This role will also support operations through the development of strong administration systems, with a particular focus on resource management, contact management, communication, and partner engagement.

Major responsibilities include:

- Assist with the development and management of project resources & outputs

- Assist with data collection and management

- Assist with coordination and administration of events

- Facilitate the distribution of communications & publications (all media)

- Develop, maintain and manage website content to meet business and stakeholder needs

- Assist with content generation, as well as data collection, management and analytics

- Support implementation and delivery of streamlined operational business systems, including but not limited to contact management, filing systems, communication systems, data collection & management.

- Support revenue generation activity, including but not limited to membership, partnerships, advertising.

- Assist with general administrative duties, including but not limited to stakeholder enquiries (phone, email), database management, finance tasks, partnership administration, advertising coordination.

Successful candidates demonstrate:

- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and work across multiple areas

- High level of self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative and demonstrated ability to undertake tasks and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging a range of stakeholders for a common purpose

- Experience in creating, supporting and managing communications including mail chimp and social media

- Experience in database and website management

- Innovative mindset, proactively identifying and sharing opportunities for improvement

- Flexibility and the desire to take on new tasks and achieve results.
